I work at a Coal mine in BC, zero tolerance. I don’t smoke, used to years ago but I’m 24 with a kid, gotta grow up if you wanna make better money. I think a 48 hour swab test should be done POST incident, no randoms, that is an infringement of privacy. Within 48 hours it’s out of your system 50x. A zero tolerance is actually unlawful, it’s legal but you can’t do it? Yeah, no. Government needs to keep its nose out of peoples business

Days off you should be able to use marijuana or alcohol as long as you are fit for duty next day (sober)

Chicago has a huge suicide problem with our coppers… I can only imagine the positive change if we could use cannabis.
