Regarding Repubs, I was talking in the general sense.
I myself am a liberal that owns guns. One of my liberal friends was quite shocked when I told him.
What is even more ironic if someone should abuse it they won't suffer adverse effects (like death) as when they abuse legal narcotics.
Can one be a Republican and not believe in Creationism? Can one be a Republican and not endorse the likes of the radical Right and Sarah Palin? I am a contradictory person but that is what makes the world go around.
Medical Marijuana is a no brainer. It helps those who NEED it. It is kind of ironic that narcotics like Percocet or the morphine patch is legal and highly abused yet there is this fear that marijuana is EVIL.

Did you see the episode of South Park where they replaced the KFC with a medicinal marijuana dispensary?
I quite enjoyed that one.

I love California, everything about it, including Hollywood. PS – Marijuana IS available to the general public, even before they made it available legally. Glaucoma is hereditary in my family, the reason I can't purchase from a dispensary is because the opticians don't make any money if I use a medication I can grow myself!
