It's about time! I live with chronic pain and nerve pain, which limits my mobility, can often be completely debilitating, and has been affecting my sleep every night for the last 2.5 years. Non-addictive medications do nothing to help, and taking opioids regularly is too risky, plus they barely help either and the doc won't prescribe it for me anyway… medical cannabis would help but I currently can't get it due to all the red tape. This would be a life changer for people like me who live in constant pain.
I first thought the government has no right to tell people what they can put in there bodies I still believe that but now I wonder why they are allowing this when there are so many easy ways to reduce chronic pain I will have to research this, tricky little government what are you up too.
