I quit drinking 6 years ago when I was 25. It was never a problem and I use to binge drink once every few months. Quitting was the best decision ever. Don't be a follower

I’m on day 5 of quitting. I’ve noticed a lot more energy and a lot more motivation. Some anxiety but it’s manageable. I know it’s only 5 days, but I’ve not done this in 15 years.

If you can control your intake and go from every night to once a week (not getting absolutely shit faced mind 😄) does that mean you were never an alcoholic? ..
I've managed that method with no withdrawals or shakes etc.
PLEASE reply with opinions as all I find online is abstinence theories!….

I’m 3 weeks sober after a life altering event. I didn’t think I was addicted, but I’m feeling withdrawal symptoms and urges to drink when I hear about alcohol, see it, smell it. These are all triggers and I feel myself being anxious and agitated. I’m anxious about being in social environments where everyone is drinking. Any suggestions on what you’ve done in social situations? Thanks

I only drink once every 3/6 months, and usually a week around the holidays. My dad was an alcoholic. I’ve seen how alcohol has destroyed families. I made a promise that I will never let myself get that far off 🙂

I quit after becoming a Muslim. I feel better. I feel full control of myself and desire. Super dupa healthier and stronger. I have improved a lot like be on time anywhere. I also find out I got less wrinkles. My friends and even my job interview also said, "you look like 20", although I'm actually almost 40. I feel smarter and capable of critical thinking. Also, most precious thing is, I have more time for my family and my beautiful children ❤

I am the same way. I only have a drink maybe 3-4 times a year. Haven't been drunk since December 2016. Only have a drink on special occasions or when I'm sick I'll make a hot toddy.

Kudos for the Video! Apologies for butting in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you considered – Patlarny Abstinent Life Principle (probably on Google)? It is a great exclusive product for getting rid of a drinking problem without the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my work buddy finally got cool success with it.

It is a great exclusive product for getting rid of a drinking problem minus the headache. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my friend Sam at last got astronomical results with it.

Like you, Aaron, I never thought I’d be the one to quit drinking. Binge drank a lot when I was in high school and college and for awhile after college. I quit about 2 months ago and I’ve never felt better in my life. Like you said the clarity and focus you get from sobriety outweighs anything you get from drinking. I don’t ever want to go back.

I'm seriously considering ditching the booze too. I dont drink often (maybe once a week and 1-2 drinks and sometimes go weeks without it) but have found a couple of times on nights out or at events I have got carried away, lost control of how much or what I've been drinking, embarassed myself and done things that have hurt people close to me. The last straw was on the weekend at a work xmas party where I talked very poorly to my partner and behaved in a way that crossed the line. Nothing good ever comes from excessive drinking!

When i split with my ex wife i was drinking 4 cans of Super a night 7 days a week. Soon became 5 then 6 cans a night.
It was a nice self meditation and i met my next partner due to the confidence boost i guess lol.
About 6 months in to this new relationship im getting cranky and annoyed alot. So now im on my 6th attempt at severing the addiction from my brain.
Ive drank drived, had fights and kicked off at people who id usually just ignore. My new partner has stuck by me but how much longer if i dont sort out my shit?
How come this stuff starts off good-Very good, but then turns its back on you and acts as a negative enemy that can wreck your life??
