Could you post a video on how you clean out the plants? And how you pull them through the cages?
My man that is an incredible garden you have. I would be curious to know how much more of an overall yield your able to get than myself. What would you say you expect this year for the whole dry harvest? I’ll be hoping I get at least 40lbs myself. Anything over that and it’ll just be icing on the cake.

I've been trying to source wire mesh like yours. Where did you find it?
The 2×4 inch mesh is common, but I have 4 x 100 gallon pots that I need to fence and am looking for a 6×6 inch mesh lite gauge wire.
I'm trying not to use concrete mesh. A good source would be appreciated.
