Greatest advice I ever got was to get a magnifying lens to check the trichomes (frost) to see if they're ready for harvest. U want more amber-colored trichomes but not too many.
I dont mean to sound mean but 4:10 was the only good plants i saw. You need to change up your technique to get more than just one coila . Try doing some LST if you not into pinching. the difference would be a few main buds instead of just one. U will get more than double in yield

The crazy fox tailed one had all white hairs. Good rule of thumb is let it go a couple weeks past when the pistols turn dark
