Why no concern about the THC while it's in the oven at a higher temp? You mentioned you don't want to heat the canna butter up because it'd affect the THC…so that's why I mention oven..why doesn't that heat affect it?

Why unsalted butter? I can sort of understand in the infusing process, but why when you are making the brownie, would you add another stick of unsalted butter? Can't you use salted butter?
