I have severe insomnia from several brain injuries in the military. My c and L series are damaged, tail bone had broke, both wrists have broke, i have seperations and slap tears in both shoulders from a bad parachute mishap, and I am OFF ALL PILLS!!! I only medicate with different forms of Cannabis. Im sick of how Im told Im such an awesome person and thank you for your service, but as soon as I smoked 1 hit of cannabis to try to sleep after being awake for 10 days straight Im suddenly a criminal and horrible person. We went to the hospital for help and My VA doctor told me to just keep taking the va meds and to keep on keeping on and he then left the room. sleep drugs dont help at all cuz I wake up with no memory…like mowed an acre at 3am in my pajama shorts and no shoes. the VA is horrid and pushes pills worse than any gang bang dealer Ive ever seen. Stop the socialism and pass the dam laws like WE THE PEOPLE have stated! Its not a request, this should be a demand.
