It’s BS in this society that one adult can say to another adult, “you can not ingest that substance”, “I know what is best for you”. You will never be able to weed out the douche bags that will go overboard & Kill themselves & others whether it’s with drugs or guns or whatever so, let’s get over all this BS propaganda that Nancy Reagan started cramming down our throats in the early 80’s and just legalize

Make it so that the government has a drug monopoly with high taxes on drugs. And the tax revenue should be aimed at drug rehab.

I just want to live my life and if that does or does not include a shoot of heroin in the morning is my choice and not the governments. This must be regulated by the government as this is the only way forward.

To recon with fixing some of our most worst judgment calls to society, when it could be fixed with the stroke of a pen and moving some $ around. There no longer is an excuse

The reason the government doesn't want to legalize hard drugs is because they don't want competition and competition is not good for business.

Honestly if you legalize everything than technically you get of crime. And if you kill off all the starving you solve world hunger, and if you kill the…. no I’m not gonna say that last one . I don’t wanna get labeled something I’m not, but it technically would solve those problems too.

The fact that we now live at a stage where other humans can put you in a cage for the chemical structure of the thing which you're swallowing is just fucking ridiculous.

Shoutout to all the black people still sitting in prison for decades because of marijuana and crack possession. Meanwhile white people are overdosing on heroin and Fentanyl on the streets and getting rehab, probation, and decriminalization.

This is what happens towards the end when a species causes an extinction. You got to ask yourself what's wrong with capitalism when you need a substance to have a break from reality.

    Drug prohibition has it's pro's and con's.
Drug deregulation also has it's pro's and con's.
    History repeats itself.
    Drug prohibition doesn't work perfectly.
But drugs unregulated has had a dark history too.

One might argue, that was then. We have new social services now that can enhance the users experience/quality of life and effectively improve society.

I as a taxpayer say, "How much is that going to cost?" Why do I have to subsidize some getting high. I don't subsidize someone for drinking alcohol or smoking cigarettes. Unless we do, then in what way? Enforcement? Emergency Care?

I think people propose solutions that work, but forget that everything in this world has a cost, a price, an expense.
Advocates, politicians, and visionaries don't always think about who will have to foot the bill. They just go on with the movement handing over resources that didn't cost them. There's always a personal benefit they win from doing all this too. Be it position, power, and of course, money.

I argue, deregulate charges for small quantities, but don't take more money out of the taxpayer to subsidize efforts to "help."
Baby steps. Don't chew more than you can handle, society might have a conservative backlash and go back to square one with prohibition.
You can't stop progression, but you can definitely reset it.

There is a small amount of the Tree of Life in all cannabis. Thank the honey bees for that. This is how the original Tree of Life is hidden from man. The bees crossbred the tree of knowledge and the tree of life. DNA research to separate the 2 trees.

As an addict in recovery, I can tell you for sure if we make things legal and in the open, it will help bring down the numbers of addicts and abuse. Secrecy plays a huge role in addiction
