Decriminalization at the Federal level means tribes will be able to go into the Marijuana Business. The new Secretary of Interior is Native American Indian from New Mexico. Tribes have an advocate in the Whitehouse for their concerns.
Most GOP states have budget surplus becuase they have misused federal Covid relief money by shifting them into the state's general fund. That's at least what has occurred here in Arizona and I suspect that SD has done the same.
