I'm usually quite critical of NIDA, but I'm impressed by this video. I noticed no hyperbole or factual inaccuracies. Not surprised that it didn't mention the therapeutic potential of the drug though. Methamphetamine (sold as "Desoxyn") is currently FDA-approved for obesity & ADHD. Also, I wouldn't call it "highly addictive." Like other illegal drugs, most people who try meth don't become addicted.
