That's so dumb to tax the consumer 3 times. That still pushes people to get it off the streets cheaper. Never would I say our politicians are smart.
I don’t care if they tax it. Just let me be able to walk into a dispensary as a 20 year old and walk out with medical grade, regulated flower without having to spend and arm and leg each time
@3:01 The additional felony law seems like its there to financially protect the big businesses like Curaleaf/Medmen from being undercut by the black market.

Cuomo's plan cuts out the small business / farmer's market retail.
Current Medical Marijuana Program is 4x more expensive and not as good as the black market. We need free markets to lower price and increase quality.
