I'm also skittish about this company but similar to other commenters, I am trying to figure out the winners due to the impending legalization in Mexico. I'm coming up empty on what publicly traded companies (if any) will benefit.
What you missed is that khiron is in a lead beneficiary position for Mexican cannabis legislation, expected very soon.
They have a former Mexican president on the board.
They're also focused on building a professional medical cannabis company unlike the more cowboy-ish US and Canadian companies.
Good longer term investment.
