What an interesting interview! Mr. Brownstone, you know how to ask the right questions. Mental health is so important and often gets overlooked or brushed away from those who could actually help.Those with mental health they don’t like to be labeled so therefore they don’t seek the proper care. Thank you for informing us about such a sad and important issue!
As an advocate for Mental Wellness nothing is more important than speaking out on behalf of those who struggle. It would be nice to see regular short but informative interviews like this, reminding people there is help. It is a misconception that therapy lasts years. Sometimes all people need is a tune up, or a mental adjustment, getting back on track.
